Benny Greb, renowned for his contributions to the drumming education community, has developed a course called "The Art and Science of Groove" where he shares his approach to developing a sense of groove and improving timing. Now, with the Gap Click app, this method can be easily practiced using an intuitive app.

Different from standard metronomes that only provide time, Gap Click focuses on improving one's sense of time. It goes beyond being a metronome by helping users become more aware and comfortable with off-beat clicks, as well as becoming accurate with all subdivisions of the beat.

Gap Click:

 <li>Allows users to configure a "gap" of time in which the metronome drops out by scrolling through bars and patterns. Can you maintain a solid tempo when the "one" comes back around? How long of a gap can you play through and maintain tempo?</li>
 <li>Enables experimentation with off-beat patterns in the Gap Bar, moving the click from the downbeat position to different locations. Can you still play your instrument and maintain the downbeat internally even when the click sounds on an off-beat?</li>
 <li>Supports various syncopated patterns in both the "click" and "gap" portions, allowing practice in binary or ternary rhythms with different levels of safety based on user settings.</li>

Benny Greb is one of the most respected drummers worldwide.
